Geometrical Interpretation of a Complex Number?

The question is:

Give a geometrical interpretation of |a-b| and arg[(a-b)/(a-c)] where a,b%26amp;c represent complex number points on an argand diagram.

Now I can draw on an argand diagram a random a and b and show where |a-b| is but is that really a 'geometrical interpretation'? Isn't that more of a 'graphical interpretation'? Any ideas?

Thanks.

Geometrical Interpretation of a Complex Number?
if A(a) and B(b)

then |a-b| is length AB

and arg[ (a-b)/(a-c)] is the angle (vecteurAC) ; vecteur (AB) )
